Wow, off-topic xD Well, Daisuke is my fave character for sure...I wasnt that bothered about the others xD; Hikari went down a bit on my fave character list, Takeru went up, and Taichi was awesome x3 Ken was kinda cool too I guess..he was sweet (Well, later, obviously xDD) ^w^

hihi xD I have my favourite characters in Digimon but Rika is the only character (Ryo too I guess) I could say it's really my FAVOURITE! I like Tai and Sora and Mimi and Joe and Izzy etc. and I consider Tai as my fave but he's still not on the same level as Rika xD The same goes for season 2 - I like Davis and I liked T.K. in the past (I could say he was that FAVOURITE back then but not anymore xD) but still .. I like many of them but no one really stands out .. ok, Davis is great, I like him and he's probably my favourite in season 2 but he's still not that .. WOOOOW, IT'S DAVIS!!! .. ok I don't do this in Rika's or Ryo's case but still ... xD I'm not sure if you understand Razz

It's easier for me to decide who I dislike the most XD that'd be Cody Twisted Evil

Yeah, I undestand that, Im similar I s'pose, 'cept for me, my "zOMG I LOVE 'EM!!" faves would be Taichi, Ruki, Ryou, Takuya and Kouji. But I dont go nuts in any case really xD; Its just the characters I feel the most emotion about. 02 I wasnt all that bothered about. But if there had to be a character I adored in 02 it would DEFINITELY be Daisuke ^-^. Which brings me onto another related subject:

Ok, we all like Daisuke at least, right? Well, Ive been seeing alot of Daisuke bashing as of late - its terrible! Something about him being a complete Taichi wannabe, stealing his goggles, and "going after Takeru's girl!"!! O.o
1. Daisuke admires Taichi - is that a crime?!
2. In case y'all didnt notice Taichi GAVE Daisuke his goggles! And he treats them with respect!! Have you ever heard his character song?! One verse goes:
"Don't give up! Come on! Full speed ahead
There's no way I can lose this fight!
If I run away
I've lost my right to wear these goggles."
I like Daisuke's theme actually ^_^ xD But nontheless, he didnt steal them! Geez ¬_¬ I mean, I'd love it if Taichi still wore his goggles, but its kinda like an emotional start sorta thing for Daisuke (If anyones get what Im on about ^^;; ). Finally, that thing about Hikari and Takeru - thats only in their minds. Made-up! THERE IS NO PROOF. Nothing real anywayz. You can only twist "hints" and to be honest, nearly all the "hints" of Takari seem more best friends sorta thing. This is really just rabid Takari fans being rabid Rolling Eyes

And thats not directed at any Takari fans here; I mean those rabid ones that keep flaming everything Daikari with "DAVIS SHULD BURN!!1!! TAKARI 4EVA!!!!" (Ive actually seen comments similar to this ¬_¬). Anywayz, thats some of my rants on Daisuke bashing: what does everyone else think on this subject?

poor Davis ... he didn't do anything and Takari fans hate him! It's not like disliking Matt - he DID steal (xD) Sora - but there's nothing like that about Davis <_< I understand if they don't like them because of his attitude (he can be annyoing with that Kari-obsession) but burning him for it? o.O''
They're jealous because Tai didn't give TK his goggles XDD just kidding <_< Tai probably saw how horrible Davis's goggles were and wanted to give him better once .. oh, wait .. Davis's goggles were destroyed .. well, never mind Razz

I saw a pic once .. Davis captured on a rocket and TK holding a fire to send him into space XD poor guy! I'm sure you all saw that pic .. Takari fans worship it XDD Where do you read this things about anti-Davisisem? o:

I liked Daisuke's goggles at the beginning for some reason o.O; xD But meh.

I think Ive seen that...it was on a couple thing or something and the people didnt like Daikari, so they put that pic there along with others...O.o XD And Ive seen it scattered around, theres most likely alot on Takari sites (I dont look at Takari sites >.> ). Oh, and Ive seen some on shrines to other characters as well (Maybe it was a Taichi shrine? o.o)

I think some people dislike a character just too much o.o I don't like Matt butI wouldn't want to send him to the moon or sth <_<'' And I think Davis is not a very popular character .. maybe in Japan .. TK is much more popular (imo) o:

I agree, but I think its only in areas that got it as badly dubbed as Europe/America. Daisuke's character was made alot more "annoying" then in the original. Theres alot of Ryou hate, due to the dub, as well. Surprised

Apparently the translator (Or someone) from Saban hated him O.o *shakes fist* Ryou rocks, get over it Razz

yeah, I agree, Davis is much more annoying in dubs .. and not just because of what HE says or does, also because of things others say about him Surprised

like Kari in that episode .. she said she had never heard Davis telling sth that reasonable o:

Hm...he was very...uh...yeah, maybe he was too cool. He also gave Ruki alot of nicknames he never gave her in the original. (Unfortunatly) Oh, yeah, he was made out very "perfect". Dx And alot of people hated him. Blech.

Ive only seen the 02 dub, I liked him anyway, but I agree, they were intending (Dub-wise) to make him stupid and annoying >_> I love Dai-chan<3 XD

german Ryo (xD) was also made quite cool .. he wasn't showing off or sth, he was just so flegmatic and .. cool I guess xD he was kinda annoying in the first episode xD but he was great later <3 if he didn't look so good, I'd probably never like him XD jooke Razz

I like the fact that he's older .. ok, he's still only 14 but ok .. older it is! Very Happy

I like Davis just because he's so foolish <3 that makes him soo sweet and you'd just like to poke him Very Happy

I s'pose the American/English Ryou was similar, only he was made alot more flirtatious...I think...xD; I havnt seen it in so long.. XDD Yesh, I love how he looks<3 Especially that red jumper outfit-thing (xD); he looked awesome X3 XDD
